RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Gods & Gold, every item is made to order just for you. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
We do accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was the wrong product or size due to our error
- The item has a print quality issue
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at godsngold@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs
- We do not refund orders that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Sale items are final sale
