SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Gods & Gold. Here is what to expect after placing your order.
PROCESSING TIME
Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and processing before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
- International: typically 3–20 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and delivery method selected at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and destination-specific processing may affect arrival times.
SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and available delivery methods. Eligible orders over $100 receive free standard shipping when the free-shipping option is displayed at checkout.
TRACKING
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
Duties and import taxes may be collected at checkout where supported. Any destination charges not collected at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier first and then email godsngold@gmail.com. Gods & Gold is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will help you investigate.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Review your shipping address before submitting the order. If you notice an error, email godsngold@gmail.com immediately. We will try to help if the order has not entered production or shipped.
